Soldier Load Carriage, Injuries, Rehabilitation and Physical Conditioning: An International Approach

چکیده
Soldiers are often required to carry heavy loads that can exceed 45 kg. The physiological costs and biomechanical responses these loads, whilst varying with the contexts in which they carried, have led soldier injuries. These injuries range from musculoskeletal (e.g., joint/ligamentous stress fractures) neurological paresthesias), impact on both army serve. Following treatment facilitate initial recovery injuries, soldiers must be progressively reconditioned for load carriage. Optimal conditioning reconditioning practices include carriage sessions a frequency of one session every 10–14 days conjunction program resistance aerobic training. Speed march grade type terrain covered factors adjusted manipulate intensity, limiting need adjust weight alone. Factors external program, such as other military duties, also impart physical loading considered part any conditioning/reconditioning program.
